December 30, 2025 – Volume One, Commentaries, Page 45: [Nevertheless,] energies of higher vibrations can accomplish some things, and energies of lower vibrations can accomplish other things, so their value becomes an issue of application.

There are many people in the New Age who do everything they can to avoid lower energies, and in the main this is a good thing, However, rage, sorrow, grief, and anger are all the first runs up the ladder away from helplessness and despair. As I have pointed out before, anger and rage are fuel to be used an, like fuel, can be misused or applied. Turning away from grief is most unwise: it is not an emotion but a state of being, and as a state of being it is a manifestation of your soul. To deny yourself the reality of grief frees that state within you and freezes part of you in place as it freezes Time. If the grief is heavy, it weighs everything down in your life, thoughts, and actions. Sorrow is related to grief, certainly, but it is also connected to regret, remorse, and compassion. Regret is a way of receiving the learning from an action; remorse is a recognition that you have done something wrong or unwise and, while there may be nothing you can do to change it, you must face what you have done and be accountable, so that by taking responsibility you increase your integrity. Rage can be used in many ways, bur the foremost of the ways is social and political change.
