October 25, 2025 – Volume One, Commentaries, Page 44: There is presently less magic in the world, and fewer higher-energy states are accessible.

This is no longer true: the higher-energy states are opening at a rapid pace, and Magic is being gathered, concentrated, and used by many more beings: human, elfin, and extraterrestrial expatriates. At present, the general limitations on magic still apply: if you do not have the three attributes of Attitude, Aptitude and Agreement you will be unlikely to access magic fluidly, if at all, and the new situation regarding Magic that allows Magic to avoid being used by those with malicious intent certainly applies. As to the higher energy states, it works best if you follow the precept ‘Where two or three are gathered together.’ Especially if that group can sing prayers. Granted, there are certain areas in the world where the higher energy is easier: it is quite a challenge to pull in higher energy when you are running from a war or natural disaster. But rig you pay attention you will see that there is actually much more compassion in the world than there has ever been, and that is not simply because there are 8 billion and more people alive now. As has been said elsewhere by several channels and inspired people, we are now in a very new area of our planet’s journey around t he galaxy, and hence in a dynamic place of change or the better, despite any present circumstances.
