March 1, 2025 – Volume One, Commentaries, Page 43: “Poetically, Dispersion may be called an echo of the breath of the Divine that blew 4-D Reality into being.”

In that sense alone, your universe is one of many. Through the dimension of Primordial Chaos, infinity expresses itself by using the Process of Dispersion, which creates space and time directly. In that process it also aligns matter and time into filaments, networks, and clusters through harmonic resonance, and the source of much of that resonance is Life and that which lives, which is of course the concretization of Consciousness. Light, in this context, is part of what allows the filaments and networks to form and to remain in communication, although, to use a simile, light is like the transceiver which allows they hyper-light processes of telepathy, clairaudience, clairvoyance, remote viewing, and similar methods of communication which bridge the enfolded dimensions with those expressed in 4-D. These aspects of Reality, Life, Consciousness, Light, and Resonance, help to regulate Dispersion’s outward flow and give that impulse specificity and allow for the actions of the Dimension of Identity, as you will see below.
