January 23, 2025 – Volume Two, Page 26: In other words: there is no such thing as a true vacuum at present, because the true vacuum depends upon the coherent alignment of the inter-dimensional geometries.
“What I meant was, there are no true vacuums in human experience, nor created by human beings. And there are very few true vacuums in the present manifestation of your Universe, and it is just as well because such a vacuum would become a significant ‘strange attractor’ and thus warp Time, Space, and the laws of physics and psychic interactions. Paradoxically, the closest thing to a true vacuum exists just inside the event horizon of a black hole, at least in current scientific theory. However, true coherency of light, consciousness, or matter can create both the antithesis of a vacuum, i.e., abundance and plenty, and an echo of it, as is found in sacred places. But certainly as regards your galaxy, such coherence is rare.”
