From Nikola Tesla: This points to the true nature of Para-light: the light without vibration. Similar to time-lapse photography, as when the subject of the film moves too slowly to be perceived, the slow-moving subject of the film must be photographed at regular intervals, and the whole strung together. However, in the completed film, the background seems to flicker and “appear” sporadically. Vibrationless Para-light, as one of the Torsion Fields, underlines and structures everything, causes reality to “flicker” because of its nature and the nature of human consciousness, particularly when filtered through the human mind.
