February 15, 2022 – Volume One, Page 4: “God is bigger than your mistakes. And God doesn’t need your guilt.”
This is a favorite quote of mine, for it describes the Divine Tolerance well. Nothing we to takes anything away from that Being, and yet what we give to others, or create, or share, or promote with love adds to that Being. The All in All doesn’t need our shame, either, certainly not in terms of the shame that cripples and belittles us. Some of us learn the nature of respect through experiences of shame, and a healthy sense of shame fuels self-restraint, which is one of the noblest human characteristics.
